Charting Pogue’s Run is a site based project in Indianapolis, Indiana that investigates changes occurring during the ongoing process of constructing the city. The addition of a hand cut blue thermoplastic line and small cast iron markers trace the meandering nineteenth century path of Pogue’s Run through the landscape in which it once flowed.
